That's five in B.C. There have been more deaths in Alberta (and probably elsewhere). Two more OD'ed this past weekend...didn't die. Not yet anyways, hopefully they will pull through with a serious lesson learned.
I agree, people HAVE to talk to their kids. I do.
All we can do is educate them. I tell mine that ignorance should never be an excuse.

tis a shame the quality of drugs has gone downhill so badly...I grew up with LSD made by Timothy Leary...hee hee....goood shit man.. we used to buy MDA by the ounce which is kinda like the original Estacy.....the purpose of so much MDA was so we could drink like pigs all weekend and not pass out...when our kids were young I would tell them stories of my many drug-induced adventures...me thinx that made them the pretty sensible young adults they are today.....

I'm not quite as old as booboo, but somewhat the same experience. Mushrooms were big back in my day, I only tried them twice...too long of a buzz for my liking...lol. And it was either a really, really, really, great time, or a really, really, really, REALLY, bad one! LSD too. Too long buzzin, no likey...I never got into coke, as I was/am poor...lol. Whatta waste of money imo...
I wasn't a big drinker, so I DD'd alot (and still do dammit). I was a huge stoner tho...lol.
